Monday, 19 March 2018: Beers at Holman Draft Hall

Join us tonight at Holman Draft Hall, 820 Holman St in Midtown, at 7:30 for a pint or a glass of wine or a frozen cocktail. The food program is rumored to be excellent as well for small bites. There’s a good-sized patio and a second-story terrace, so look around if you don’t see anybody you recognize. They have a decent-sized parking lot, but otherwise watch out for the normal Midtown street parking issues.

Monday, 12 March 2018: Axelrad (Early Start)

Join us at 7pm (note the early start) at Axelrad Beer Garden, 1517 Alabama, for beers in the backyard.  Feel free to bring Fido.  If you’re peckish, you can order some pizza from Luigi’s next door.  Check here for parking info.

Monday, 20 February 2018: Presidential Beers at Kirby Whole Foods

Celebrate your favorite president and meet up with us tonight at Whole Foods Kirby, 2955 Kirby Dr, in the Kirbside Bar. See you there at 7 PM.

Monday, 12 Feb 2018: Pre-V-Day Brews at Whole Foods Post Oak

Take a break from your Valentine’s Day prep for a pint! Join us tonight at Post Oak Whole Foods, 1700 Post Oak Blvd at San Felipe.  Boasting the first in-house brewery of any Whole Foods, there are 20-28 beers on tap (whether their own, local (Texas forever!), or from far-flung places), and a number of food options if you’re peckish.  Plus you can get some grocery shopping done too.  See you there at 7:30 PM.

(Note the early start.)

Note that if the bar is busy, there is quite a bit of seating upstairs, so if you don’t find anybody you recognize downstairs, take the elevator in the back or the stairs in the front.

Monday, 5 February 2018: Sportsball Break at Eight Row Flint

So there’s a brief respite in sportsball activities now that the Eagles have beat the Patriots. Don’t fret, the Rockets play tomorrow, and the Olympics start on Friday. But until all of that, there’s beer. And frozen drinks. And brussels sprout tacos. Join us tonight at Eight Row Flint, 1039 Yale St, at 7 PM (note: early start).  Great selection of whiskeys and beers. And brussels sprout tacos. Did I mention the tacos?
