Monday, 29 June 2009: Anvil Bar and Refuge
Posted by mike | Meetings | Posted on June 29th, 2009
This week we’re heading to Anvil Bar and Refuge, 1424 Westheimer Rd. Ste. B. Anvil is getting quite the reputation (deservedly) for their inventive cocktails; they’ve recently added a very nice set of taps. Every time they change a keg they change the kind of beer they’re tapping, and they usually have some very interesting choices available.
We’ll be there around 8 PM. Note that parking near the Westheimer curve can get interesting, and several streets nearby have no parking or permit parking signs up. Make sure to check Anvil’s website for the location of the parking lots they share with the other clubs nearby.
