Some of the conversation around these parts lately has been about healthier living. The more granola people we interact with talk about organic living and healthier choices when eating etc. Which I totally agree with we should be more aware of what we put into our bodies and as evidence by my rapid weight loss earlier this year by making some subtle lifestyle choices. But lately we’ve been hearing about the colon cleanse and all the propaganda that surrounds it. Most sites on the web that discuss it have graphic images and hyped up stories about it’s benefits etc.

All i gotta say is.. a nice pint of Young’s Oatmeal Stout gets things moving.

Beer, it is the quintessential human delusion, simultaneously the source of our greatest strength, and our greatest weakness. The cause and answer to all of life’s problems!
